Justin Spear, owner of Spear Head Excavation, has over 12 years experience in the excavation industry. As a teenager, he started out as a general labor/helper for a local excavating contractor and quickly moved through the ranks as an operator then site foreman. In 2022 he started Spear Head Excavation with a vision to build something more valuable than just his daily labor.
“I’d always wanted to start my own business, even when I was a kid and starting out, I thought I would take my skills and build something of my own. It never did happen until I had kids of my own. Now I am motivated to build something tangible and real that I will one day pass down to them”
